Coaching is a partnership that provides accountability and support through a process of goal-setting.
Coaching is not a new idea; in fact, it has been used in executive spaces for decades to strengthen leadership, retain top talent, and promote work and life satisfaction. Coaching has only recently become more readily accessible to anyone who wants to reap the benefits.

Coaching is rooted in positive psychology, which is a well-founded field that looks into how empowering personal strengths and character can impact one’s ability to live a fulfilled and meaningful life. Although “coaching” is a relatively new field. Research is frequently being conducted to determine its efficacy. There are many benefits of coaching (listed above) that are supported by research.

Coaching IS NOT counseling or therapy. Coaching is an equal partnership where a coach helps a client explore hopes and dreams, while assisting them in setting and achieving goals. Significant mental health struggles should be addressed in therapy or counseling rather than coaching.

Appointments may be changed for free with 24+ hour notice. Last minute cancellations or No-Shows will result in a $50 fee.
You can change appointments by logging onto the client portal directly on victory-wellness.com, on the Acuity Scheduling app, or emailing tori@victory-wellness.com. All individual sessions need to be completed within the 90 day window. A five day grace period after the 90 days may be allotted to a client at the discretion of the coach.
All sign ups and payments occur exclusively on the Victory Wellness Website through Acuity Scheduling. Questions about signing up or payment can be directed to tori@victory-wellness.com.
Monthly payments are accepted with an additional $50 set up fee.
Contracts range from one day (one session workshop) to 90 days (maximum contract length). After the contract expires, a new one will need to be completed to continue services.
